Administrative Law - Business Immigration:

Bishop Street Law Group specializes in complex business immigration cases including employment and investment visas and applications for Lawful Permanent Residence (Green Cards) for business professionals and individuals. We also assist clients with Form I-9 Audits by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and audits by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) along with similar audits and investigations regarding the immigration status of employees.
